We recognize the need for local community services to provide a thorough, comprehensive and timely assessment process to enable families to have access to early interventions and find appropriate community resources.

We understand the assessment process to be daunting and confusing at times and hope to give a sense of clarity and direction, with same day debriefing and guidance on next steps in the process of accessing support.

Being a collaborative of service providers, we are able to assess with a holistic and interdisciplinary lens to see strengths and challenges of the client from a multi-disciplinary perspective, enriching the assessment process as well as identifying areas for potential programming intervention. Our goal is to ensure families feel supported and enable them to advocate with strategies and resources, as well as build capacity for understanding their unique diagnosis.
